Jeffrey Beers International
A Refined Sensibility
JEFFREY BEERS INTERNATIONAL
Renowned for warm, modern spaces that are both sophisticated and relaxed, interior architect Jeffrey Beers has designed acclaimed restaurants and hotels around the world, as well as homes for international tastemakers. Beers brings a gracious and inviting boutique hotel sensibility to 277 Fifth Avenue, as seen in the luxuriously appointed lobby and library, the private dining room, and other amenity spaces.
“I believe that good design is the intersection of art and intelligence. These homes are the perfect combination of both.”
NOBLE MATERIALS, EXQUISITE FINISHES
Jeffrey Beers’ warm, understated interiors complement Rafael Viñoly’s architecture with a refined palette of natural materials—including white oak floors and kitchen cabinets, Italian marble counters, and custom-designed walnut vanities—all exactingly detailed. As Beers himself suggests, the design “brings out the best of the architecture and makes the interiors a softer version of the building’s simplicity and elegance.”
Every one of the tower’s one-, two-, and three-bedroom Panorama Residences is designed so that either living rooms or master bedrooms enjoy corner exposures through floor-to-ceiling windows. Each floor has a maximum of four residences with semi-private entry vestibules, evoking the feeling of an intimate boutique hotel.
The loggias—sheltered double-height open-air living and entertaining areas seemingly carved out of the building’s corners—are among the tower’s distinguishing architectural features. Each of the four monumental three-bedroom Loggia Residences features a double-height living and dining area with an open kitchen and a luxurious master bathroom with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Three Penthouses occupy the tower’s uppermost floors. Each four-bedroom residence offers ceiling heights in excess of 13 feet, expansive living, dining, and family rooms with multiple exposures, and a master bathroom with floor-to-ceiling windows.
